Murphy

Murphy is a seven year old golden retriever. We adopted him when he was almost three months old. We had recently lost a golden retriever unexpectedly and were heartbroken. When we saw Murphy we just HAD to have him. He wasn't sure of us at first, probably because he had gone so long without a forever family. However, he's become our best friend. I joke and tell people he's my furry brother. He is the sweetest dog with kids. I was nine months pregnant with my first baby and he would whine at my belly and he slept in her room in front of her crib even before she was born. Now both my oldest and youngest love him to pieces. He is very protective but at the same time so sweet. He watches out for all of us and he's so smart. I'm a photographer, so a lot of people come to our house and everyone falls in love with him instantly. He constantly goes to our neighbors house when she pulls in her driveway and she feeds him dog biscuits. He's just the most amazing dog I've ever had in my life and he deserves a shot at being recognized for being just flat out awesome. :) I wanted to share this pretty boy with all of you! |
