1. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Open to legal residents of the states of Georgia and South Carolina, United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Chatham Parkway Toyota, Chatham Parkway Lexus, Chatham Parkway Subaru, Chatham Parkway Collision Center, Savannah Morning News, Tire Kingdom, Clear Channel Communications, A.P.E. Automotive Paint and Equipment, WRHQ 105.3, WSAV, their subsidiaries, licensees, agencies, affiliates and members of the immediate families (spouses and parents, siblings, children and their spouses and in-laws) and persons living in the same household of such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible. Vehicle must be in current running condition. Vehicle must be privately owned, and manufactured by the brand Toyota for consideration. Entrants must be capable of providing proof of the following: permanent (minimum 1 year) residency of the state of Georgia or South Carolina, valid driver’s license issued by the state of Georgia or South Carolina, valid proof of vehicle registration a minimum of one year prior to entry, valid proof of vehicle liability insurance a minimum of one year prior to entry (specific coverage plan irrelevant), valid proof of vehicle purchase a minimum of one year prior to entry. One entry per household. Entrants may be subject to rules imposed by their employers relative to their participation in trade promotions and should check with their employer for any relevant policies. Void where prohibited by law or internal business or company policy.

Include name, address, telephone number, email address, employer (address/phone), number of people (ages/relation) in your household. Include at least one current photograph of the vehicle, and words to describe why you or someone you know deserves a Toyota Transformation.
3. SUBMISSION DATES: Begins 12:00a.m. Eastern Standard Time Monday, January 30th 2012. Official deadline for entries is 12:00a.m. EST Friday, February 24th 2012.
4. SEMI-FINALIST SELECTION: Five vehicles chosen for the semi-final round Monday, February 27th 2012.
Semi-finalists will be contacted via telephone and/or email at the sole discretion of Chatham Parkway Toyota. If a semi-finalist cannot be reached within 3 days of initial attempt, semi-finalist will be disqualified and an alternate semi-finalist selected. Semi-finalists are required to transport their vehicle to Chatham Parkway Toyota, 7 Park of Commerce Way, Savannah, Georgia, 31405 for inspection. Failure to participate on or prior to Friday, March 2nd 2012 will result in disqualification. Odds of semi-finalist selection will be determined by the number of eligible entries received.
5. SEMI-FINALIST VOTING: Semi-finalist voting is open to the public from Monday, February 27th to Sunday, March 11th 2012 on the following websites: http://chathamparkwaytoyota.com/transformyourtoyota.aspx, http://www.facebook.com/cptoyotascion, http://www.facebook.com/cpcollisioncenter.
6. WINNER SELECTION: One vehicle chosen as the winner on or before Monday, March 19th 2012.
Winner will be contacted via telephone and/or email at the sole discretion of Chatham Parkway Toyota. If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days of initial attempt, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries and votes received.
7. PRIZES: Winner will receive complimentary cosmetic and mechanical vehicle repairs necessary for reliable transportation at the discretion of Chatham Parkway Toyota, including repair coverage as per Toyota Warranty, which includes 4 new tires courtesy of Tire Kingdom, and paint supplies (if necessary) courtesy of A.P.E. Remaining semi-finalists will each receive a $250 gift certificate redeemable at Chatham Parkway Toyota or Chatham Parkway Collision Center.
8. GENERAL: Taxes on prize and all expenses not specified related to acceptance and use of prize is the sole responsibility of winner. By participating in Transform Your Toyota, entrants agree (a) to these rules and decisions of Chatham Parkway Toyota which shall be final in all respects relating to Transform Your Toyota; (b) to release and hold harmless Chatham Parkway Motor Charities, Chatham Parkway Toyota, Chatham Parkway Lexus, Chatham Parkway Subaru, Chatham Parkway Collision Center, Savannah Morning News, Tire Kingdom, Clear Channel Communications, A.P.E. Automotive Paint and Equipment, WRHQ 105.3, WSAV, their subsidiaries, affiliates and agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives from any and all claims, demands, costs, expenses, liability, losses or damages of any kind resulting from their participation in Transform Your Toyota or their acceptance, use or misuse of a vehicle, including liability for personal injury or death; and (c) if a winner, to the use of name and/or photograph and/or video for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation (unless prohibited by law) and agree to execute specific consent to such use. Winner may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release and an IRS Form W-9, which must be returned within the time period specified by Chatham Parkway Toyota or an alternate winner may be selected. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification of winner and selection of an alternate winner.
