We're very excited to announce the "Festive Fun” contest! Show us and your community how festive you are. This contest will include 3 categories:
1.) Holiday Decorating Ideas
2.) Holiday Recipes
3.)Party Themes.
Submit your ideas and include a picture (optional) before the contest submission ends
on December 10, 2008.Here are some more guidelines:
• You must successfully upload the content to the “Festive Fun” contest on
www.statesboroherald.com before the submission period is over.
• The Submission must not be defamatory, offensive or obscene or violate or infringe on the
trademark, copyright, publicity, privacy or other rights of any third party.
• If you upload a photo with your submission, it must be an original photograph taken by you.
This online voting contest will determine who can capture the essence of “Festive Fun”. Simplyupload your holiday ideas during the nine week submission period. After the submission period is over, vote up to five times per day every day on Statesboroherald.com during the two week voting period.
After two weeks of voting, prizes will be awarded to the submissions with the highest scores! The highest number of votes will win the Overall Grand Prize, a $100 gift certificate to IHS Pharmacy in Metter plus other prizes from our sponsors! Other winners will recieve prizes from our sponsors, including:
Gift certificates from Wal-Mart, Goalz, Bellies & Babies, Emma's, Party Impressions, Ann's Uniform's,Eagle Clips and more!
All “Festive Fun” winners and the prizes they win will be displayed on
the website after voting has ended.
The Contest will begin October 10, 2008. Everyone is eligible for some great prizes. The photos that get the most votes will win prizes. Registration, voting, and submission
are all free, so register online today and help shape up the community with your ideas!

Yes. As long as it is still within the voting period.
Are there prizes?
